Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
The Athletic Directors Hub is intended for managing school athletic programs. You agree to use the platform in a manner consistent with school policies, codes of conduct, and applicable laws. Prohibited activities include:
You retain ownership of the data you provide (e.g., school details, team rosters). However, by submitting data, you grant Athletic Directors Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process this data to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring that all data complies with applicable laws, including student privacy regulations (e.g., FERPA).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including those related to student data privacy (e.g., FERPA, COPPA) and intellectual property. The Athletics Dashboard is not responsible for your failure to comply with these laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, including providing false information or engaging in inappropriate conduct. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Athletic Directors Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including data loss, unauthorized access, or service interruptions.
We may update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Athletic Directors Hub after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
